ALSMA is a non-profit association that comprises of companies that are involved in the “Local Search” market in the Asia Pacific region, including traditional Yellow Pages companies, search companies, mobile companies, vertical search companies, newspaper companies and technology vendors operating across the “Local Search” ecosystem. ALSMA has members in more than 20 countries and delivers value to its members by aggregating mission critical data, analysis and strategic insights which can be used by members to increase their market and strategic success.
Members of ALSMA shall refer to juridical entities admitted by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees. Each Member must designate a person within its organization as its authorized representative.
Lifetime Membership shall be awarded to individuals that were instrumental in the formation of ALSMA. This membership does not extend to the entities they represent. Lifetime Members shall enjoy all benefits of an ALSMA member but shall not be assessed dues and shall not be eligible for election of either as a trustee or officer of ALSMA. To continue being a Lifetime Member, the individuals shall not be directory publishers or employed by directory publishers.
